| 摘 要： | 中国公民无序政治参与对安定有序和谐发展的民主政治提出了严峻挑战,对构建和谐社会带来消极影响。和谐社会需要的是有序的、理性的公民政治参与,应该通过发展社会组织、提升公民政治文化素养、进一步规范民主制度等措施扩大公民有序政治参与,弱化无序政治参与对和谐社会的消极影响。

| Abstract: | China citizen's unordered political participation proposes the severe challenge to the stable democratic politics of harmonious development,brings the negative influence to structure the harmonious society.Harmonious society need ordered political participation.Should pass and develop the social organization,promote citizen political artistic appreciation,standardize democratic system etctoxpand citizen's ordered political participation and decrease the negative influence of the harmonious society. |
