| 摘 要： | 牢固树立社会主义法治理念,对于公安机关有效履行法律所赋予的职责,具有极为重要的现实意义。文章就社会主义法治理念的本质、公安机关执法理念中存在的主要问题、公安机关开展社会主义法治理念教育的必要性、公安机关如何树立正确的执法理念和民本理念等方面作了简要阐述。
