| 摘 要： | 处置非法集资案件,应重点抓好以下环节:及时获取非法集资的线索,迅速查明案情;果断控制、抓捕涉案人员,查封、冻结涉案款物、固定相关证据材料;全面收集证据,重点抓好审讯、取证和审计;采取多种措施,全力追缴涉案款物;认真做好报案登记,摸清投资人底数;有序清退集资款,最大限度挽回群众损失;采取有效措施,坚决维护涉案地社会稳定。

| Abstract: | Following points should be emphasized in dealing with the illegal fund raising cases:to get the clues of illegal fund raising cases and to find out the situation of cases;to control and arrest suspects;to seal up and confiscate the illicit money;to collect and determine the evidences concern;to return the funds cheated,so on,through these ways listed,to ensure the society world remain stable. |
