| 摘 要： | 在贴犯罪标签和社区矫正这两种主要价值取向相反的行为之间的动态融洽点,既能消弱犯罪标签的负面影响又能克服社区矫正的不利因素。而这个融洽点的寻求主要是协调好个体利益与社会利益、惩罚与人道、传统观念与现代理念的矛盾关系。

| Abstract: | The active harmonizing point between affixing crime labels and community correction,the behaviors with opposite value orientation,is contributive to reduce the negative influence of crime labels as well as to overcome the disadvantageous factors of community correction.And the pursuit of the harmonizing point is to coordinate the contradictory relationships between individual and public interests,punishment and humanism,traditional concepts and modern ideals. |
