| 摘 要： | 刑事司法实践中 ,引起辨认犯罪嫌疑人失真的因素很多。文章从侦查心理的角度入手 ,依次探讨了侦查人员心理、犯罪嫌疑人心理、被害人心理和目击者心理、陪衬者心理的影响 ,这对辨认规则的制定和减少实战中辨认失真有一定的意义

| Abstract: | During the practice of the criminal justice,the factors causing the mistake of identifying the criminal suspect are many.The essay,from the investigation psychology,has discussed the influence of the psychology of the investigator,of the criminal suspect,of the victim,of the witness,of the foil in turn.This is significant for establishing the identification rule and lessening the mistake of identifying the criminal suspect in the practice. |
