| 摘 要： | 十六大报告提出要切实尊重和保障人民的文化权益,笔者通过调查发现农民工的文化生活基本无法得到保障,农民工对文化生活的需求很低,各供给方对农民工文化生活的提供严重不足,呈现出一种需求与供给的双低态势。

| Abstract: | The report of 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China has proposed that it is important to respect and guarantee citizen's cultural rights,the author had investigated and found that the peasant workers' cultural life has little guarantee.Peasant workers have fairly low demand to cultural life and the provision from society is seriously insufficient. |
