计算机及Internet在一定程度上改变了人们的生活方式,也正在改变着人们的思维方式.Internet在商业上的应用,在更进一步促进贸易全球化、实现高效率的同时,也对传统的商业、贸易的各个方面提出了新课题.如何适应全球电子商务的发展潮流,促进电子商务的发展,国际组织、各国政府都采取了积极措施.本文立足中国电子商务现状,从立法层面上就如何促进和保障电子商务的发展进行了探讨.

A Study of Issues concerning China''''s Legislation in E-Commerce

The computer and the Internet have changed people's way of life to some extent and are now changing people's way of thinking as well. The application of the Internet to business not only helps promote trade globalization and realize high efficiency, but also challenges traditional ways in business and trade. Many international organizations and different governments have taken active measures in order to be in line with the international trend of e-commerce and to promote e-commerce development. Based on the current situation of e-commerce in China, this article discusses how to promote and ensure the development of e-commerce in China from legislative perspective.
