| 摘 要： | 虽然改革开放以来，尤其是加入WTO以后，我国的知识产权刑法保护体系逐渐得以完善，但在多种因素的作用下，其社会实效却不尽如人意。其中，社会公众缺乏相应的法律信仰则是影响知识产权刑法实效的社会心理障碍。从实证调查结果来看，社会公众对知识产权刑事立法的认知程度、法律价值取向、法律信用度等因素是造成这种状况的原因所在。

| Abstract: | Although we have improved criminal law protecting intellectual property since reform and opening,especially after acceding to WTO,we can't be satisfied with the actual effect because of many factors.Among them,it is the major socio-psychological barrier that common people don't believe in relevant law.According to the result of investigation,I think the reasons lie in three aspects,which are people's knowledge,emotion and credit about the law. |
