试析黑龙江省农村职业教育存在的问题及发展对策

黑龙江省是个农业大省,农村人口占全省总人口的一半,提高农村劳动力素质,把巨大人口压力转化为人力资源优势,是黑龙江省当前最迫切的任务。而发展职业教育正是解决这一难题的有效途径。农村职业教育应从黑龙江省农村整体角度考虑,从农户个人角度考虑,并结合农村职业教育发展的实际情况,着力于黑龙江省农村职业教育发展对策研究。

Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Vocational -technical Education in Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Province is a major agriculture-based province with its rural population accounting for half of the province total population.The most urgent task to be tackled by Heilongjiang Province consists in enhancing the intrinsic quality of the rural labor force and converting the unbearable population pressure into a human-resources advantage.In this regard,the development of vocational education can be an effective means for solving this difficult problem.The above analysis and study should be undertaken,proceeding from the actual conditions of the development of rural vocational education.
