用井冈山独特资源对领导干部进行党性党风党纪教育

当前，党性不纯、作风不正、纪律不严的问题在少部分领导干部身上仍然存在，主要表现为宗旨意识不强、理论与实际脱节、责任心与事业心不强等。在干部培训中，应该充分利用井冈山独特的红色资源，教育领导干部坚定马克思主义理想信念、增强宗旨意识、提高执政能力、增强党的纪律观念和永葆艰苦奋斗的作风。
