| 摘 要： | 经济体制转型时期的制度缺陷是导致腐败现象产生的重要原因。市场经济活动存在的弱点及其消极影响对共产党人和广大干部提出的严峻挑战,是腐败现象滋生的不可忽视的原因。资产阶级腐朽思想等剥削阶级思想的侵蚀,是腐败现象滋生的思想根源。针对市场经济条件下腐败现象产生的原因,我们必须对症下药,标本兼治。

| Abstract: | It is an important cause of corruption that there are defects in the present system during the conversion period of economic systems. The weakness of market economy and its negative effect have flung down a serious challenge to communists and cadres, which is a cause of corruption to be reckoned with. The corrosive influence of exploiting classes' thoughts, such as bourgeois ideology, is the ideology source of corruption. In view of it, we must suit the remedy to the case to punish corruption fundamentally. |
