| 摘 要： | 行政诉讼类型化是20世纪以来各国行政诉讼制度发展的共同趋势之一。近年来,我国行政法学界也开始关注这一课题。文章从学术史的角度对这一领域的研究成果进行了系统梳理与评述,旨在为行政诉讼类型问题研究的深入奠定基础。
