| Abstract: | At first I was greatly surprised when I found so great a volume--The Evolving History of China's Legal System written by Zhang Jin-fan, with more than one million words and then I felt astonished to find it so widely involved in scope legal knowledge for a legal history of thousands of years in the traditional society of China and so valuable in its resourcefulness. |
