| 摘 要： | 我国入世后,金融业融入全球化的浪潮中。与此相应,金融风险加大,金融犯罪相应激增。金融犯罪的产生发展历程演绎着金融犯罪受金融业发展左右的客观规律,为此在金融全球化的今天,我国金融犯罪也呈现出国际化趋势,而从金融犯罪国际化趋势中我们必须寻求控制预防其发展的对策。

| Abstract: | After China became a member of WTO,Chinese financial market has joined the tidal waves of the whole world.At the same time,the financial risk has increased and the financial crime has shot up.Therefore, Chinese economic crime has taken on a new look of international trends.We should establish new concepts and explore ways of solving the problem in order to take strict precautions against the criminal behaviors on internationa economic crime in China. |
