| Abstract: | The development of the cause of socialism is to be ensured by organizing talented people.In order do build up a talented forcc,it is necessary to well handle the relations of between selection,placement and cultivation of talented people.Better selection is for better placement,otherwise,it could be a great waste;better placement needs better cultivation,otherwise,it could be like to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.How to correctly select,place and cultivate talented people is of practical and profound significance for promotion of the cause of socialism with Chinese caricateristies. |
