急性斑蝥中毒的实验病理学研究

摘    要:本文报告斑蝥急性中毒的实验病理学研究,结果显示,实验组大鼠血白细胞增高,淋巴细胞比值下降;血清GPT、GOT及BUN增高;肾G6P酶和ATP酶活性下降;脾、肾脏器系数增大;肾、肝细胞变性、坏死明显,淋巴器官的淋巴细胞变性坏死显著,胃、肠、膀胱等粘膜有出血、坏死。提示急性斑蝥中毒对淋巴组织具有免疫抑制作用,其中毒靶器官为淋巴器官、肾和肝。

Abstract:40 Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 3 experimental groups poisoned respectively with 4,5, 9.0, 13.5ml/kg 1.0% Mylabris Phalerata's solution(MPS) and a control group treated with 0.5% Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) solution by oral administration every 4~5 days during 16 Clays. The weight of experimental rats increased slowly or were loss. The number of white blood cell increased markedly while the percentage of lymphocytes decreased significantly. The weight of spleen and kidneys increased markedly. Activity of G6P enzyme in kidney and ATP enzyme in liver decreased notably. The SGOT and BUN increased significantly. There were extensive and severe necrosis of lymphocytes including thymus, lymphnodes and spleen in the poisoning death rats. Degeneration and necrosis of the proximal tabular epithelium in the kidney and diffusible unicellular necrosis in the liver were demonstrated by light and electron microscope. Mesanwhile there were also eytosis of epthelial cells and disruption of structure in stomach, small intestine and bladder. It is suggested that MPS have a potential immunosuppressive effect. The toxic target organs of MPS are lymph organs, kidney and liver.
