| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法对我国警察武力使用职业技能的教育训练现状、动作组成进行分析，得出警察武力使用技能属于动作技能的范畴，并依据警察武力使用职业技能形成周期的长短及对认识、体能、心理的要求，将警察武力使用职业技能分为反应性武力使用技能、基本动作类武力使用技能、认识主导类武力使用技能、心理主导类武力使用技能和体能主导类武力使用技能，使警察武力使用职业技能的教学训练有了理论依据。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the present situation of education and training of professional skills of police use of force, and the composition of the actions with documentation method. The conclusion is that the skills of use of force belong to the category of motor skill. The professional skills of police use of force are classified, by the cycle of forming the skill and the requirements on cognition, physical capabil- ity and mentality, into reflective skill of use of force, basic motor skill of use of force, cognition-led skill of use of force, mentality-led skill of use of force and physical-capability-led skill of use of force, which provides the teaching of professional skill of use of force with theoretical basis. |
