| Abstract: | The reorganization of China legal culture needs not only local environment but also the changed one in accordance with the tradition and practice. Some measures have to be adopted to realize the reorganization: first, raising the local legal environment; second, improving the system of human rights protection; third, sticking to the principle of authority and stability. |
