| 摘 要： | 为提高公安院校学生手枪射击的技能,以适应公安实践的需要,训练中可将体育教学中的"时间量"训练法运用进去,着重进行掏枪中的时间量训练、上膛与瞄准中的时间量训练、瞄准与击发中的时间量训练和"二快一中"的时间量训练.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the skill of the students' pistol shooting in public security colleges and meet the needs of the public security practice, in the teaching of the physical training, the teaching ap-proach to the "time capacity" should be used, such as the time capacity training of pistol drawing, pistol loading and aiming, pistol aiming and percussion and "two speeds and one hit". |
