| Abstract: | The reason why Fenyang develops slowly in economy is mainly that the industrial structure is not exactly ratinal. Readjustment of the industrial structure should be guided by the principles that the relations of production must be made to correspond to the requirements of the productive forces, the economic development should adapt to th trend of the global economic integration and sustainable development should be adhered to. |
