| 摘 要： | 现场心理痕迹分析这一术语与英美国家所用的“犯罪人特征描述”(Criminal Profiling)等同。其依据的基本原理,一是心理学关于人与行为的对应关系以及精神分析理论,二是逻辑推理的方法。现场心理痕迹分析可以为侦查人员识别、理解犯罪人,以及讯问提供有用的信息。

| Abstract: | The term of "Crime scene mental trace analysis" is equal to "Criminal Profiling" used in the United Kingdom and the U.S..The rationales of mental trace analysis are as follows: first,the theories on the relationship between a person and his or her behaviors,and on relevant mental analyses based on psychological researches;second,the approach of logical reasoning.Analysis of crime scene mental trace can provide helpful information for criminal investigators to identify and understand criminals as well as to interrogate the suspects. |
