| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南省攸县公有制企业稳定状况的专门调查发现 ,当前企业不稳定因素相当突出 ,严重影响了企业和社会稳定。因此 ,应当通过深化企业改革、实施再就业工程、加大社会保障建设、加强维稳工作等途径确保企业和社会稳定。

| Abstract: | Specific investigations into the unstable factors in publicly-owned enterprises in You county,HuNan province show that the serious unstable factors greatly affected the stability of enterprises and society.Consequently,in order to uphold the stability in enterprises and the whole society,we should (1) deepen reforms in publicly owned enterprises,(2) carry out re-employment project,(3) strengthen the construction of social insurance system,(4) strengthen the stability-maitaining work,etc. |
