新形势下我国反恐战略的几点思考

阿富汗未来局势的发展和中亚地区的力量格局以及区域安全形势正面临深刻和重大变化,我国反恐形势也出现了诸多新的趋势。在新形势下,我国反恐战略应当按照党中央决策部署的精神,置于国家安全战略之下,以群众路线为基础,以打击"三股势力"为核心,标本兼治,综合治理,强化国际、区域合作关系,加强反恐演练的反恐机制建设;同时还应提高反恐职能部门的情报工作能力、预警能力和快速反应能力,有效防范恐怖袭击。
