| Abstract: | The normalization of government behavior has a vitally significant influence upon the development of market economy.In the duration of economic transformation and mutation,omnifarious contradictions brought on by rapid social changes have grown the nodi of fulfilling the normalization of government conduct.It is important of fulfilling the standardization of government conduct to deepen system reform,to enhance theoretic attainments and to ripen legal system. |
