| 摘 要： | 江泽民认为，只有加强和改善党内学习，才能应对国际国内形势的变化，才能提高党员干部队伍的素质。在学习内容上，他认为首先要学好马克思列宁主义的基本理论，其次要通晓现代经济学知识，再次还必须具有法律、科学技术和历史知识的素养。在学风建设上，江泽民提出了“一个中心，三个着眼于”的学风建设总原则，他还号召全党发扬“挤”和“钻”的学习精神。
