| Abstract: | After making a decision of not approving the arrest by people＇s procuratomte, the public security organs should be enforce it in accordance with law, but there are still some problems on the implementation; people＇s procuratomte should strengthen the supervision on the case of not approving the arrest and establish a system of tracking supervision. |
