关于“警务实战”训练课程体系的再思考——以“警务实战”的概念解读为切入点

随着警务实战训练以及相应执法实践的不断进步,对"警务实战"概念的不同理解逐渐制约着警务实战本身理论和实践的发展,进而影响其训练体系完整建立。"警务实战"是对国际通用概念"武力使用"的不完整理解,应使用"武力使用"替代"警务实战"这一概念。在"武力使用"概念的指引下,建立起科学合理的分层级树状训练(课程)体系。

Re- reflections on the Training System about the ＂Police Actual Combat＂ --Taking the Interpretation of the Concept of ＂Police Actual Combat＂ as the Breakthrough Point

With the progress of the police actual combat training and the corresponding law enforcement practice, different comprehensions of the concept of ＂ actual combat＂ gradually restrict its development, ranging from the theory to the practice, which also has a bad effect on the establishment of a complete training system. ＂Actual combat＂ is not a good understanding of the international general concept of ＂use of force＂, so we should use the latter instead of the former. Only under the guidance of the concept of ＂use of force＂, can we set up a scientific and reasonable hierarchical tree training （course） system.
