邓小平共同富裕思想的再解读

邓小平的共同富裕思想，源远流长，是在他长期革命和建设生涯中逐步产生和发展，在改革开放时期趋于成熟的科学社会主义理论，其第一层次的内容，以“先让一部分人富裕起来”为核心，撬动了中国经济持续、快速地增长：第二层次的内容以“共同富裕是社会主义的本质”为核心，提出了共同富裕是社会主义必须坚持的根本原则和政策底线：第三层次的内容，以“共同致富……总有一天要成为中心课题”为核心，初步提出了调节我国贫富差距，坚持走共同富裕道路的基本思路、具体措施和主要原则。这三者是一个有机统一的整体，应作全面准确的理解，以指导中国特色社会主义伟大实践。

Re-reading Deng Xiao-ping's Thought of Common Prosperity

Deng’s thought of co-prosperity has a long origin, for it is a scientific socialism theory which has been developed in his long career of revolution and construction, and got more growth in the time of reforming and opening. It has three levels of meanings, the first one focusing on the idea “letting some people get rich first”, drives the economy growing continuously and rapidly in China; the second one focusing on the idea “co- prosperity is the essence of socialism”, proposes that co-prosperity is the fundamental principle and policy base line; the third one focusing on “co- prosperity will be the central subject one day”, makes the fundamental thinking way, particular methods and main principles for adjusting the gap between the poor and the rich, and insisting on the way to co- prosperity. These three levels make a whole of organic unity, which should be understood comprehensively and accurately, in order to guide the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
