Review and Analysis on Human Organ Transplant Regulation of China

Human organ transplant is a great progress in the field of medical science and has become one of the most important measures to save the lives of patients suffering from organic failure.This article analyzes the existing insufficiency of the first regulation on human organ transplant in China by comparison method and raises several relevant suggestions in terms of organ transplant limits,fundamental principles,donor selection and the concept of brain death to further improve the regulation.
