| Abstract: | At present,our country has already entered the period with economic growth and accelerated transformation of economic structure.The severity of the employment problem shows sharply day by day. The traditional and regular employment mode can't already meet the request of the transitional economy of our country,thereby this mode must transform into the informal employment. |
