| 摘 要： | 该文提出,社会主义新农村建设的评价体系包括：新型农民系统、和谐农村系统和发达农业系统3个系统。把每个系统作为一个一级指标,共有3个一级指标和11个二级指标以及25个三个指标。应用模糊数学原理探讨社会主义新农村建设定性与定量相结合的评价模型,可以为评估社会主义新农村建设水平、提高社会主义新农村建设的水平提供理论和技术支持。

| Abstract: | The evaluation system of the New Socialist Countryside Construction mainly includes three sub-systems,the new-style peasants system,the harmonious countryside system and the developed agricultural system.Considering each sub-system as a first grade index,there are 3 first grade indices,11 second grade indices and 25 third grade indices.The fuzzy mathematical theory,designed to study the qualitative and quantitative evaluation model of the New Socialist Countryside Construction,can both rate the level of the New Socialist Countryside Construction and provide theoretical support to its further improvement. |
