Participatory Budget Mode Based on An Empirical Analysis of Bayan County Heating Projects

Participatory budget mode is an innovative way of social management,aimed at increasing the ways for the public to make recommendations of public spending and broadening the ways for citizens to directly participate in resources distribution.Based on an empirical analysis of heating research projects in Bayan County,and according to the awareness and participation of the residents as well as the specific indicators introduction in evaluation of project implementation process and results,we can know about the public satisfaction of project implementation,verify the effectiveness of this model,and explore the sustainable development and future prospect of the project,so as to lay a good foundation to further amend and promote this model.
