社区警务实践思考

在中国实施社区警务要结合中国国情,处理好社区警务与社会治安综合治理、治安基层基础工作以及社区建设的关系;在内容上围绕构筑社会治安防范体系,管理社区户口,做好社区服务工作以及推动社区治安产业化建设进行。社区警务实施过程中,应注意消除模式化、教条主义和“唯社区警务论”等不正确认识。

Thought on Implementing Community Policing

It is necessary to consider China's actual conditions while implementing community polic-ing,to deal well with its work and overall control of social public security at the same time as well as the relation between element tasks at the basic level of public security and community building.Its content should center on developing the defense system of social public security,managing community's registered permanent residents,servicing the communities,and promoting the industrialization of community's public se-curity.Some incorrect views on it such as pattern-oriented,doctrinarism and“the attitude of considering community policing the most important of all”must be eliminated or avoided.
