| 摘 要： | 警务实战行动是处置各种案(事)件过程中的重要环节,指挥则是实战行动成败与否的关键。认识警务实战行动指挥的基本规律和特点,认真研究和解决实战指挥活动中存在的问题,是贯彻公安部党委“抓基层,打基础,苦练基本功”战略部署,进一步深化大练兵及警务实战训练的一项重要内容,是规范实战行动指挥程序、灵活处置各种危险情况、体现执法水平、提高实战效益、减少无谓失误和伤亡的具体措施,也是实现公安基层一线指挥员整体实战能力的需要。

| Abstract: | Police actual combating act is an important part in dealing with various kinds of cases and command is the key factor in determining whether the combating act is a success or a failure.Finding out the basic law of police actual combating command and carefully studying and solving the existing problems in police actual combating command are major contents in regulating the procedure of actual combating command,flexibly dealing with various kinds of dangers,improving the efficiency and decreasing the unnecessary casualties. |
