摘    要:公开选拔与科举制有大致相同的历史背景,都坚持公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则。但两者选拔的对象范围不同,程序方法不同,内容形式也不同。科举制是我国古代文明的一大优秀政治遗产,科举制所体现的公开、公平、公正的精神,具有恒久的价值。

Abstract:Choosing and appointing leading cadres publicly has approximately the same historical background with the imperial examination system, which all persist the public, equal, competitive, and choosing good principle. But the selecting scope is different, the procedure method is different, and the content form is also different. The imperial examination was our outstanding political inheritance of the ancient times, whose public and fair spirit had a permanent value.
