摘    要:高等教育评估是高等教育管理的重要组成部分。我国高等教育形成的评估模式仍具有行政主导的性质。其局限性表现在:评估主体单一化,不能充分调动社会、学校等评估主体的积极性;评估标准统一化,影响评估的科学性,不利于高等学校多样化发展;元评估开展较少,导致评估缺乏监督力度,影响评估的公正性和评估信息的准确性。

Abstract:Evaluation is an important part of the higher education management. The assessment model formed in Chinese higher education still shows the administration-oriented nature. The limitations include the three following aspects: Single subject of evaluation cannot fully mobilize enthusiasm from the society and universities; Unification of evaluation standard affects scientific evaluation and is not suitable for diversified development of universities; Inadequate meta-evaluation activities lead to weak supervision and affect the justice of evaluation as well as the accuracy of evaluation information.
