论我国现行高等教育评估模式的局限性

高等教育评估是高等教育管理的重要组成部分。我国高等教育形成的评估模式仍具有行政主导的性质。其局限性表现在：评估主体单一化，不能充分调动社会、学校等评估主体的积极性；评估标准统一化，影响评估的科学性，不利于高等学校多样化发展；元评估开展较少，导致评估缺乏监督力度，影响评估的公正性和评估信息的准确性。

Limitations of Current Evaluation Models on Higher Education in China

Evaluation is an important part of the higher education management. The assessment model formed in Chinese higher education still shows the administration-oriented nature. The limitations include the three following aspects： Single subject of evaluation cannot fully mobilize enthusiasm from the society and universities; Unification of evaluation standard affects scientific evaluation and is not suitable for diversified development of universities; Inadequate meta-evaluation activities lead to weak supervision and affect the justice of evaluation as well as the accuracy of evaluation information.
