| Abstract: | The action of taking up the cudgels for a just cause is always interpreted as a moral issue,but it is a legal one at the same time.The paramount problem for legitimating such a type of actions is to give them a clear definition.We ought to strengthen the interaction between moral and law,and the legal controlling over such actions.Meanwhile,a law of protecting those who have taken up the cudgels for a just cause must be drafted. |
