| Abstract: | In the case of copyright dispute of song Hong Hu Shui, the Waves upon Waves has appeared a series of procedural problems, e.g. legal loophole, influence of object of action on status of litigants, relationship between presumption and discretion, etc. These are the miniature of some hot problems in the fifty years of China's Civil Procedure Law. |
