国家富强之梦想是“中国梦”的重要内容,要用法治赋予其更加丰富的善德价值内涵.当今中国的富强离不开法治的同步发展,法治强则中国强,法治废则中国危,法治是实现强国梦的必然选择.换言之,强国梦必须植根于“法治中国”,即全面推进依法治国.

To make our country wealthy and powerful is an important content of ＂China dream＂ ,which can be given the rich conno-tation of virtue by rule of law.Today,China＇s prosperity can＇t realize without the synchronous development of rule of law.lf the ruleof law develops well,China will be powerful,but not vice versa.So the rule of law is an inevitable choice to realize the dream of apowerful country.In other words,the dream of a powerful country must be rooted in the ＂the rule of law in China＂ , that is to com-prehensively promote running the country according to law.
