Enhance Role of Education in Ethics in Maintaining Progressiveness of Party Members

To maintain the progressiveness of party members ,we should give full play to the ethical mechanism,making party members,especially leading officials,become cultivated,deepening the education in maintaining the progressiveness of party members by using the power of ethics,social environment and customs with a view to laying a solid foundation for the Party's completing its historical mission.
