新型工业化与制度创新初探

It remains an arduous historical task to accomplish new industrialization in the process of our modernization drive and it requires not only structural and technological innovation,but also institutional innovation.As an essential and long-term issue of overall significance and stability,institutional innovation plays a determining role in taking the way to industrialization.Some classical scholars have incisively explained the relationship between institutional innovation and economic development,and they suggest that institution is a critical factor in the market economy.The experience of some foreign countries in terms of institutional innovation in the process of industrialization has offered us useful illumination and references in taking a new road to industrialization.The proper strategy of institutional innovation is a logical choice if we attempt to accomplish new industrialization,by which the overall situations should be taken into account,the institutions should be refreshed and the institutional system of industrialization with Chinese characteristics should be established so as to pave the way for accomplishing new industrialization from an institutional aspect.
