| Abstract: | Since the reformation and opening to the world, the structure of social classes has taken place some new changes in our country, such social classes asindividual management, privately owned enterprises, staff working in media organization and free-employee appear. Some persons among these new social classes are eager to join the party. How to deal with their requirements to join the party is a new problem. |
