| Abstract: | Region party committee must establish scientific reigning ability and strengthen Reigning consciousness,grasp the first affair of the reigning,raise the reigning performance,innovate and perfect guidance and work mechanism of the party,strengthen the construction of the cadre troop,intensify diathesis of the reigning main body,osculate the flesh and blood contact between party and the people,figure the good reign image and mobilize reign resource enough according to the fact of one's own area. |
