近年来,外资并购中国企业成为外商在华投资的主要方式.外资并购产生了垄断的倾向并且对我国造成了一定的危害.通过对当前外资并购中存在的突出问题予以剖析,提出我国在外资并购的反垄断法规制方面的内容应予以完善.

Study on Anti-monopoly Regulation of the Foreign Capital Merger

In the past few years,foreign capital merging becomes the main way of foreign investment in China.The foreign capital merger has occurred the trend of monopoly and has caused damage and negative influence in some extent.This thesis tries to analysis the prominent problem in the foreign capital merging,then give some advises on the improvement of our country's anti-monopoly law about the foreign capital merger.
