| Abstract: | A trade union has its commonalty capacity, which has not been attached importance to by people. It is one of prerequisites of safeguarding function of trade unions for us to maintain the commonalty's connotation correctly, recognize inherent requirement of the commonalty capacity of trade unions, understand the equal law status among government, trade unions, enterprises and institutions, properly settle relations between trade unions and other parties concerned. |
