| 摘 要： | 领导作风体现着领导的性质,影响着领导的效能,具有特殊的组织和社会效应。领导中的不良作风是由历史、社会、体制和个人的一系列复杂原因造成的。加强和改进领导作风建设,必须建立领导者素质作风的保障机制,必须与时俱进地把握领导的新观念,必须再造领导的新角色。

| Abstract: | The nature of leadership is reflected by the leadership style which influences the leadership efficiency, and has the special organized and social effect. The bad leadership style is caused by a series of complicated situation that is of history, society, the state system and individuals. In order to strengthen and improve the building of the leadership style, we must set up the safeguard mechanisms about leaders' quality and style. Developing with each passing day, we must carry out the new ideas of the leadership and recreate the new role of the leadership. |
