交流与沟通：高校与农村共青团组织间的共建

高校共青团建设具有不可多得的优势，其组织健全、团员意识较强、团员青年的理论功底较厚，但是高校共青团员的实践能力不高；而在农村，由于团员流动性大，共青团组织建设相对滞后。在高校和农村团组织间开展“二走二对，一点一线”的活动，即以“走出去、走进来”为基础，以“一对一、一对多”为原则，通过“一个点”的建设，最终实现“一条线”的目标，是加强在高校与农村团组织共建的有效形式。

Exchanges and Communication :Co-construction of the Communist Youth League Organizations in Colleges and in the Rural Areas

The CYL （Communist Youth League） in colleges and universities have exceptional advantages, whose organizations are perfect, members＇ consciousness stronger, and the theoretical foundation stronger. But, the practice ability of colleges and universities CYL members is not high. In rural areas, the CYL organizations are nearly paralytic. The members＇ mobility is bigger, and they fail to pay attention to the cultivation theory, so it is significant to strengthen the communication between the two. We try to put forward such paths as ＂two take, two pairs＂ and ＂one point, one line＂, with the ＂going out and going in＂ as the basis, the ＂one to one, one to many＂ as the principle, to ultimately achieve ＂a line＂ by the building of ＂one point＂.
