| 摘 要： | 信息技术外包作为一种新的经营管理方式,它将是我国中小企业实现信息化的有效途径。中小企业实施信息技术外包应从五个方面入手:企业要有明确的战略意图和长远目标;选择一个切实能够满足要求的外包商;应签订完善的外包合同;加强合同的实施、管理和监督;寻求管理咨询公司的帮助。

| Abstract: | The information technology outsourcing is a new management method and it will be an effective way for all middle and small scale enterprises to realize informationization.When middle and small enterprises give their information technology outsourcing, the following five principles should be taken into consideration:having a clear strategy intention; choosing a capable outsourcing company; signing a considerate outsourcing contract; strengthening contract management;seeking some assistances from the management consulting company. |
