| 摘 要： | 法律援助经费严重匮乏,一直是制约我国法律援助事业进一步发展的主要障碍。要缓解法律援助经费短缺的问题,需要开发新的法律援助经费筹集的新途径。我国应借鉴国外法律援助资金的筹集方式,探讨拓宽法律援助经费筹集方式的对策,使我国的法律援助制度进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The funds of legal aid is serious shortage,which is the main barrier of restricting the developing of legal aid ahead.We need to pursue the new ways of raising money for legal aid.In this article,the author intend to draw a lesson from the overseas' experience of the ways of raising legal aid's founds and broaden the counter measures of our country's ways of raising legal aid's funds.In order to make our country's system of legal aid perfectly. |
