| Abstract: | China and Japan are the two of the most significant forces in the economic world.There is similar background between China nowadays and Japan in 1950s' when PL AS was originally established.How the PLAS,the most important public aid system in Japan,goes? Does it reveal some implications to MLSSS in China? These two questions are the main clues of this article.This article will involve introduction of PLAS.Some experience of PLAS,i.e.achievements and dilemmas will be also analyzed.Lastly,the author will give some points of view on how the PLAS in Japan implicates to MLSSS in China. |
